ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The 2024 Miss BVI Pageant at Multi-Purpose Sports Complex on Sunday, July 21, 2024, will be a little less noisy, as the pageant committee has banned the use of horns at the event.

This was announced by the Miss British Virgin Islands Pageant Committee today, July 16, 2024.

"We kindly inform you that no horns will be allowed at the Miss BVI Pageant on Sunday, July 21. This measure is in place to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees and contestants alike. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation," the committee stated in a social media post.

The seven contestants for the pageant being held as part of the 70th Virgin Islands Emancipation Festival are Donyelle D. Hodge, Neria S.R. Griffith, Akesha K. Roberts, Shanta L. Conner, Adacia R. Adonis, Circe A. O’Neal and Stacy-ann J. Bobb.
