THE SETTLEMENT, Anegada, VI- Kimberley A. Smith will be groomed to represent the Sister Island of Anegada at the 2020 BVI Teen Pageant on Tortola, once it’s on, since the only other contestant for the Miss Anegada Ultimate Teen Pageant has dropped out.
