ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Mark Collins, a British National, is still on the job as Commissioner of Police (CoP) of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF). He has been accused by his fellow police officers of some 55 counts of wrongdoing, including damming allegations of destruction of evidence, perverting the course of justice, defamation and interference with administrative justice and interference with the promotion process in the RVIPF.
