VI to explore promoting Emancipation Festival to cruise passengers
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Junior Minister for Culture and Tourism, Honourable Luce D. Hodge-Smith (R4) has stated that efforts to promote the Virgin Islands Emancipation Celebrations as a tourist attraction for cruise passengers are on the agenda.
