Int’l artistes for VI Festival 2013 begin arriving today
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Virgin Islands Festival and Fairs Committee (VIF&FC) is optimistic that the line-up of international artistes scheduled to perform during the Emancipation celebrations of 2013 will deliver as promised. The overseas artistes begin arriving today, August 1, 2013.
