School library fixed, public library ignored- Wheatley
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - With the recently elected government moving at such a fast pace, one talk show host is concerned that while the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) library has been fixed, the Territory’s public library is in need of urgent repairs.
