J. R. O’Neal Botanic Garden expansion must go forward– Hon. Pickering
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Deputy Premier and Minister for Natural Resources and Labour Dr the Honourable Kedrick D. Pickering has insisted that the expansion of the J. R. O’Neal Botanic Garden must go forward despite the fact that sources of funding and a definite plan of action has not yet taken shape.
