Banning is not the solution. Motorcycles are a great means of transportation, once used safely. Therefore, the answer is not banning, but implantation of regulations and enforcement of laws is.
"Implantation of regulations" It is IMPLEMENTATION my dear mister.
Also, who going monitor the bikers to tell whether they breaking the law, and when they do who going report it., and how would it be enforced by whom, an police service with limited manpower and resources.
Nip the ting in the bud and ban it. End of story

It is their life and they have permission to chose their path.
My concern is if their choice takes a life worthy and desirous to live.
Ohhh you are one of those that sit back and wait for others to pave your way and then jump on the band wagon and ride free. Stop calling names and take a stand. Do something positive yourself.
I sad but glad it is not me or mine sprawl out in the hot sun on concrete.
You want to blame the police??
For the decision made by every bike rider??
99.9% of the time, bad riding is done in the absence of the police.
May his soul rest in peace..
Condolences to his family and friends
