Surely archer understands what it means to give someone else a chance. What call this woman holding this post. Makes no sense. Nothing will get done. Let she stay in retirement.
They will die in there before they give someone else a chance.
Take kindly the counsel of the years and learn from those who are willing to give sound advice and expert leadership. With this mindset, we can go places. Right now we are like a runaway train heading off the track and we need to examine ourselves, reflect on what (and who) got us in this festering mess, and devise steps to move forward and in the right direction.
Congratulation, Mrs. Adams. Your leadership style is a breath of fresh air in these turbulent times.
You got the right ideas, if a retiree mentor and nurture a younger person Three to five years or more about their profession it will fill the gap when the move on. It is wise for her to have an assistant and nurture that person to further development.
