It was a good initiative but they should've get more person's involved in the parade fir example the Francis Lettsome Primary School could've taken part, the churches in long look could've taken part and any other businesses in long look should've been encourage to play their part. Apart from that the rest of the east end community and businesses there should've been asked to take part too.

Worthy memorandum to honor, but the 7th district is as filty looking as usual, what a shame, thanks to the Premier and his other cabinet political leaders.

Shame we will never see any.

It would be great to see more of these events but would be nice to see if we what can and cannot be afforded. I can see $50,000 value maybe but where is the other $300,000.

    The article states:

The history of Nottingham estate is quite clear. The owners Samuel and Mary Nottingham were quakers. They freed the enslaved persons and left the estate to their descendents. ExplOn toe where they fought for their freedom?
