Thank God that child is alive.
Parents need to keep a closer eye on these children.

People here don’t take things like that seriously. Is this an Islanders thing or what? A baby fell off a third floor balcony, not to long ago one died from being locked in a hot car and all you senseless idiots on the Island can say is both fathers is good men. Perhaps they are, I’m not saying lock up the fathers but the baby in the hot car and the baby that fell off the balcony should have been made to take some type of child safety/parenting classes. Do they even have parenting classes on Island?

I don’t think slow backwards Tortola have a program as such. If you got children riding on adults lap in the front seat of a vehicle or I have seen children standing in the front of vehicles holding on to dash boards or fathers driving with their children sitting on their lap holding the steering wheel like they are driving. I have two children and the ten year old have to ride in the backseat with the seatbelt on and the four year old is in a booster seat.
