Youth gunned down in Purcell Estate

The fatal shooting is the first homicide for 2025 in the Virgin Islands.
Persons in the area reported hearing gunshots, and the body of 20-year-old Quintinn McGlore aka 'MB' was subsequently discovered on a road next to a motorcycle.
Police and ambulance were called to the scene.
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) confirmed the incident in a brief statement this morning.
According to police, around 2:00 AM officers responded to reports of a shooting incident in the Purcell Estate area. A male victim was found unresponsive at the scene and was later pronounced dead by medical personnel.
Police said investigations into the incident are ongoing.

Our government needs to invest in the same technology that is used in the USVI so that they can respond quickly when shots are fired in all gun related incidents. The response time to this incident was good and I hope that they will continue on this trend.
Then they want to know why we dont respect the police asking for help. People get killed under their security in populated areas time & time again.
Stiffer penalties if you get caught with an unlawful weapon. More stop and search,
