In spite of the COI who has allowed this mess to continue nothing has changed. BVIslanders who came forward to save the country will be hated and victimized while the corruption and bad spending continues and the shameful part is that its the same players over and over, different faces but the same team. Look at some of the recent appointments to the boards for example.

With all these new buildings that are popping up, I wish that they made them handicap accessible. In this day and age I do not understand how people are not building fire-ready and handicap accessible buildings.

Why the workers looks so upset instead of happy.
Its time to make money so they should be happy.

    Something is drastically wrong...
How much was spent on Enis Adams? About 2mil+ How many classrooms? Did the money spent there buy more because of it's colour?
JVD - 4mil+ ; How many classrooms? Cost of barge trucking - water???? blocks? sand? steel? cement? wood? How many trips? trucking to site? For argument sake - 1mil?
    Contractor - 1mil+?
    Put up building - 2mil?
Multipurpose use - nonsense! A school should be a dedicated space!
Just the same, how does creating empty spaces contribute to 2mil?
OK...the contractor is responsible for furnishing!
    RDA I love your maths!

    How many classrooms?
    No barging?
