Woman who 'looked' @ nightclub allegedly beaten by her child's father

BAUGHERS BAY, Tortola, VI- Casting her eyes at a nightclub turned out to be a dangerous move for a woman, who allegedly ended up being beaten by the father of her child.

According to reports reaching our news centre, police were summoned to the emergency unit of Dr D. Orlando Smith Hospital to investigate an incident of abuse that allegedly occurred around 8:00pm on Saturday, January 16, 2021.

It is reported that a female had her face slammed against the dashboard of the vehicle of her partner while in the Baughers Bay Community.

The woman alleged that as she and the accused were driving past a popular night club and bar in Baughers Bay, she turned to look at the establishment. The man asked her why was she looking at the club and was not happy with her reply.

As he result, the man allegedly punched the woman in the face, bursting her lips.

He also allegedly grabbed her by the hair and slammed her face against the dashboard.

Police are said to be investigating the incident; however, it is not clear at this time if the accused has been taken into custody.

        Get away from the toxic relationship. Once a man put his hands on you, he will continue to do so. Don’t keep going back because he is good looking, he is good between the sheets or he claim he is sorry or he won’t do it again. I was in a toxic relationship and after a year I had to walk away because I see myself seriously many nights thinking about putting a bullet between his eyes while he was sleeping.       FYI, MOST OF THE TIME WHEN A MAN ACCUSE HIS WIFE OR GIRLFRIEND OF CHEATING HE IS THE ONE THAT IS CHEATING. AND LADYSSSSSS, YOU ARE NOT EXEMPT, YOU DO THE SAME THING.

    Woman if you are reading this please leave that man. I guarantee you the abuse and beatings will get worse over time to the point you might end up dead.     I'm Happy the day my Best Friend Child father left island last year!!! Because he himself proved to be somewhat controlling. He was already stalking her at one point!!! God was looking out for her !!!
