Woman claims VI Belonger & business tycoon Henry G. Jarecki raped her
The Independent reported that the unnamed woman, known in court documents as 'Jane Doe 11', filed a complaint in New York City today Monday, June 3, 2024, alleging that the now 91-year-old "repeatedly raped" her after she was sent to him for treatment by Epstein.
Dr Jarecki, who has Belongership status in the Virgin Islands (VI) and has been a member of the local community for over 50 years, is best known for his ownership of Guana Island, lauded yearly as one of the top resorts in the world.

He is also known in the BVI community for his philanthropic activities ranging from the Youth Empowerment Project (YEP) in Tortola´s East End/Long Look, to his service as a Governor on the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College Board, according to Government Information Service. Over the years, YEP has provided community-based extracurricular activities to over 3,000 VI students and teenagers since 2005.
The complaint, which was first reported by the Wall Street Journal, claims that Jarecki “completely controlled” the woman’s life, keeping her under “constant surveillance” and threatening to “ship [her] back to Epstein” if she rebelled.
It further alleges that Jarecki “served an integral role in Epstein’s sex-trafficking scheme,” managing the trauma that Epstein inflicted on his victims while preventing them from seeking help or justice.
A lawyer for Jarecki said: "The allegations will be shown to be entirely false and baseless. Dr Jarecki never engaged in any abusive conduct with the complainant or any other person."
