Are there cameras overlooking that parking lot? as someone hit my car where i was parked in the center far from any vehicle yet someone ran into the back of my car. did not have the courtesy to leave a note either.

People need to stop their nonsense from parking in the middle of a parking lot often times making it difficult for properly parked vehicles to maneuver out from their rightfully parked spot. Perhaps your vehicle getting hit would have taught you a lesson - if there’s no parking available go park in the festival village parking lot. You and others like you need all your vehicles damaged to teach you a lesson.

Sometime in November I witness her trying to open all the parked vehicles by Republic bank. She actually opened one rental that was not lock, she reached inside and took something and walked away rather quickly. I did inform the security at the bank.

Tell me why people still leaving their vehicles unlocked? Not saying she has a right; NEVER! Just as responsible adults we also have to take responsibility for our own actions.

Since people know who she is and the police were informed, she should be arrested soon I hope. We work too hard for our properties and sometimes do forget to lock our doors. It's a shame we can't relax anytime we go out these days. Years ago we never had the break-ins we have now and our things were still there when we got back, even when our car windows were rolled down. Sadly, these are changing times and we will never get them back.

This lady is known to be mentally ill. The real issue here is our plan (as a society) for taking care of persons in her condition so that they are not a threat to others or themselves.

I cannot help, but feel bad for Gladys. Yes she is wrong to be breaking into people vehicles and taking what donnot belongs to her, but on the other hand, her brother is a billionaire and he should be ashamed of himself for allowing his sister live like this. Also the Government should be ashamed of themself for not providing the neccessary help and treatment for people with unsound mind!!
