I am so elated with this news, and I can only trust that the flights are affordable for travelers. I would hope that there would be a consortium to invest in a hotel or hotels to provide more rooms for visitors. I recalled Hon. Omar Wallis Hodge refer to the Virgin Islands as a cosmopolitan city and I am of the view that in the future we will have many visitors and accommodation will be inadequate. So those persons who are in a position to invest in accommodation to do so without hesitation and when the real visitors arrival increase, they will smile when they go to the bank.

In 2024...all the other Caribbean Islands who were eons behind us have now developed their tourism products and we are here getting giddy about puddle jumpers bringing 20 more ppl daily. We have lost our &^%$ minds. Extend the runway asap or become a nation of beggars in 5yrs.
