ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The latest Virgin Islander called to practise at the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the Territory of the Virgin Islands is Ms J’Sally U. O’Niel.

The ceremony took place on Monday, January 13, 2025, before the Honourable Justice Stanley John K.C.

J’Sally, an attorney with Conyers, was presented to the court by Associate Aaron Mayers.

Conyers said J’Sally commenced her pupillage at Conyers BVI office in September 2024. Partner and Head of BVI Litigation & Restructuring and Office Mark Forte commended J’Sally’s dedication and professionalism, stating “J’Sally has demonstrated an exceptional work ethic and we look forward to seeing her thrive in her legal career.”

J’Sally’s commitment to pursuing a career in law is reflected in her notable academic and professional achievements, Conyers added.

A former student of the Bregado Flax Education Centre where she graduated in 2017 as Salutatorian, J’Sally earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in October 2024.

“Her admission to the BVI Bar underscores her dedication, resilience and hard work. Conyers is proud to support her as she continues to build her legal career,” Conyers stated.
