First let me say CONGRATS TO ALL THE PARTICIPANT'S. As far as I see there was nothing to judge. There was no competition. The only competition I saw was in the children category between Noveau Royale and BVI Dance school. A child could have been the judge and come up with the same results. PLEASE can we do better next year. Get planning early. Give incentives to the troupe organizers so they can start early.
