ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Travellers from the Virgin Islands who have experienced challenges when using an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) Visa Waiver to enter the United States have been asked to report their experience to the Office of the Deputy Governor by Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

According to a press release from the Government Information Service (GIS) on November 8, 2024, the BVI London Office is serving as an intermediary to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and the US Embassy in London to address matters on a case-by-case basis.

Persons are asked to complete the online reporting form using https://form.jotform.com/243043448073857.

For assistance or more information, persons can call the Office of the Deputy Governor via telephone 284-468-3000/2104/2219.
