VG makes Forbes’ list of 23 best travel destinations for 2023

It is also the only place in the Caribbean that has made the list of the top leisure destinations, compiled exclusively for Forbes.
According to Forbes, it consulted with OvationNetwork to find out which destinations the company is recommending for travel in 2023.
"After a year of unprecedented demand for travel, our travel advisors are recommending destinations that are new alternatives to old classics," says Sunil Mahtani, executive vice president of OvationNetwork. "They're places you can celebrate, reconnect and curate lasting memories."
Why visit?
Virgin Gorda, which is Number 9 on the list, is described as being among the Caribbean’s best kept secrets, with clear, calm waters and first-class snorkeling.
“The best way to explore has always been by boat, but with the reopening of the fully renovated Rosewood Little Dix Bay, staying on land is just as magical,” notes travel advisor Sylvia Lebovitch.
It also said Virgin Gorda is popular with couples, families, snorkelers and “beach bums” and made mention of The Baths, which is described as “huge boulders in pristine turquoise water.”
