VG leads with 8 imported COVID-19 cases
The other active cases are 1 on Tortola and 2 isolated on vessels, bringing the total number of recorded cases in the VI to 98, with 86 recoveries and 1 death to date.
While VG has recorded just 1 new case since the last COVID-19 update, Tortola has seen 2 recoveries from its previous 3 active cases.
Minister for Health and Social Development, Hon Carvin Malone (AL) confirmed that all the infections on VG are imported, with 6 of the cases present in tourists, 2 in returning residents, and all cases currently in quarantine.
To date, according to the latest epidemiological summary on VI's COVID-19 pandemic management, some 13,525 test samples have been taken from 13,511 persons at the Dr D. Orlando Smtih Hospital.

Tourists visit VG and as you can read it says 6 of the 8 are tourists.
