ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Travel & Leisure’s World’s Best Awards has ranked Virgin Gorda, VI second in the Top 10 Islands in the Caribbean for 2013.
Voted by Travel & Leisure’s discerning readers to define the very best in travel, categories ranged from top hotel brands and airports to best islands worldwide.
“We are proud to be highlighted in the World’s Best Awards list with such an influential travel publication,” said Sharon Flax-Mars, Director of Tourism. “We invite our guests to sample the dramatic landscapes of our multiple islands and enjoy their diverse offerings.”
The [British] Virgin Islands was featured along with Culebra, Anguilla, Harbour Island and St. John.
