WEST END, Tortola, VI- It is unclear if anyone was injured when a vehicle turned turtle at The Bluff on Tortola late last night, April 17, 2024.

It is also unclear what were the circumstances surrounding the mishap, which occurred before midnight.

Police were on the scene.
