A jury in Texas returned a verdict on Monday, October 21, 2019, that will prevent a Texas dad from intervening in the gender transition of his 7-year-old son.

Jeffrey Younger had petitioned a court in Texas to grant him sole custody of his twin sons, James and Jude, in part to avoid a plan to infuse James with female hormones. James, who would like to be called Luna, has been the center of controversy in the heated debate among his parents and others.

Anne Georgulas, the mother of the two boys, has advocated for James to transition into Luna and has strongly backed the idea of chemically castrating her son and beginning hormone replacement therapy. The ruling on Wednesday will prevent Jeffrey from having sole custody of his children and paves the way for Georgulas to proceed with the procedure.

The court has ruled that Georgulas will maintain sole custody of her two children and go forward with plans to give James life-altering medical procedures. Her original court filing had sought to limit her ex-husband's visits with their children and require that he now refer to James as Luna. She further asked that Jeffrey not be exposed to any people who would not confirm his female identity.

Expert witnesses expressed doubt that James was fully convinced that he was inherently female in testimony last week. "There is still some fluidity in his thinking," said Dr. Benjamin Albritton in sworn testimony. "Neither child appears to be depressed, anxious or aggressive ... He [James] gave no indications of other significant psychological difficulties."

There are no laws currently preventing a legal guardian from giving a minor puberty blockers or hormones. Georgulas has additionally secured a letter of recommendation for transition for James from a woman associated with a gay children's therapy center. "This is a letter of recommendation that my client, James Younger, aka Luna, begin the process of becoming a patient of the GENECIS clinic so that she can receive a full psychological assessment for gender dysphoria and potentially take hormone blockers," said a letter from Rebekka Ouer from Dallas Rainbow Therapy.

This is so sad. I man cannot be father to his own children. What is this world coming to. This man fathered two son and will always be the father of two sons. No matter what the mother says or do she cannot change that. What would happen latter on when this child realize he was meant to be a man. What if the father refuse to have relationship with the child because he fathered a son. There are many issues this situation raises and are being overlook at this moment just to satisfy someone selfish goals. The mother should have her head examine. This clearly is a violation of the father's right and when he refuses to pay child support or have any contact with that child I hope the mother remember why. She better not be out here bashing him and looking for sympathy support from others. She wrong and the court wrong on every level.

This is really sad. However, it points us to the times in which we are living. There is a worldwide decline in moral behaviour, and sadly it is being inflicted on those that have been in the world in a short space of time. As we can see, (I hope some of you can) that everything that God has given to man in the Garden of Eden is under attack: Marriage, the family and the Sabbath. The next attack we will see is on the Sabbath (Saturday) when the Mark of the Beast (National Sunday Law) is passed upon the whole world.

Fasten your seat belts, get your spiritual house in order, we are in for a rough ride. Hold on to Jesus, for He is our only hope.

    Shalom!

I wish I could Slap the mother into reality. A 7 year old is too young to know what he wants to be sexually. He might totally change his mind when he gets much older. Lots of little boys play with dolls, watch women put on makeup and imitate that. How in the world would the courts allow the mother to chemically castrate him. He is going to be mad as hell if the changes his way of thinking, and will be furious with his mother, the courts, and doctors. How could a doctor even consider this on a child so young who doesn't even know what this sex change is all about yet. I feel so sorry for the father, who I know is devastated and sickened by the irresponsible mother and ones in charge. This mother does not love her son, or she would wait until he is older as a teen and ask for this himself. At 7, I couldn't even imagine this being done to me because I was a tom boy growing up. I then became a teenager and was crazy for boys and then when much older, crazy for men. CHILDREN NEED PROTECTION, SO WHERE ARE THE MATURE ADULTS HERE? Sickened by this entire mess.
