This IS a pandemic.
And Covid 19 is NOT Influenza (“the Flu”). It is a different virus. While they work on potential vaccines for Covid 19, continue to practice hand/face hygiene protocols, physical distancing as possible, and WEAR A MASK! PLEASE! It helps prevent the spread of the Covid 19 virus AND “the Flu”.
I am Registered Professional Nurse.
And while I believe in holistic health care practices, spiritual healing and prayer, I also I firmly believe in Public Health Science.
Wash your hands. Don’t touch your eyes, nose, mouth without washing your hands (before and after!) Keep physical distance.
AND, for God (and Grannies!) sake, WEAR A FREAKING A MASK!!!
Thank you!
