None of us knows what this young lady may be going through to actually resort to running away from home. If you reading this post, please let someone know you are safe; even if you are not ready to go back home.

This young lady is going through a ruff time hope and pray she comes back safe. Talking to my child and to my surprise she told her of things she was going through with who she was living with and if there is any truth in it her parents needs to do better to her. Yes we know how our teenagers act out but as parents we need to listen and hear out kids when their are crying out for help. Child I feel your pain but running away is not the answer to it.

This is another day. If she hasn't been found I am begging that an extensive search be carried out on the entire island. Ask St Thomas to help with some sniff dogs. Let's go through abandomed homes, knock on doors, the Bush, beaches, shorelines and everywhere looking for her. Please....this is a child. As young people all of us went thru something. Some could cope better than some. We don't want to hang our heads for goodness sake

These kids need to understand they can't have their way. They have to listen to their care taker , their provider and their elders ..Time will come when they have their own keys then they are not abligated to listen to anyone. Though listen is a good thing.. Listen then assess. Then do what you wish. ..

None of us grew up perfect and all of us, even you had our flaws. Whatever happened in the home happened and once she's found hopefully with proper counselling the family can work it out. Right now the urgency is to find the child. You know how much times I get vex with my parents as a teen? Only now that I'm older and a parent myself I see what they were trying to save me from. We all grow up and process stuff differently.
We need to pour out love to this child at this time and not push her further away.

Let's pray for her safety. All days are evil but we have to commit the days into the hands of the Almighty. This is a serious case as we dont want such to end up with the young lady that was found dead the other day. Many are selling souls to the devil for many reasons and we may not want to go down that road but experience is a teacher and only who have gone thru this may able to relate such. Please carry out a dense search for this young lady,it doesnt matter her situation. Remember the next persons may be you or someone of your family member. It never strikes until it hits home. Let's be our brother's keeper during the good and bad or happy or sad times.

I pray that wherever this young lady is that The Almighty God saturates her, from her brain cells to every nerve ending. That she feels His abiding peace, love, joy and comfort and return home urgently and most importantly, SAFELY. May God bless her and her family

Young lady, if you are reading these blogs, please take a moment and listen. I am now 40 years old. I was your age when I ran away from home. I was living in Tortola with my grandparents and I was treated bad by family members so I decide to leave home. It is not a good life out there on the streets for a 14 year old. When you are out there on the streets, everyone takes advantage of you. Please go back home and work out whatever is going on.

The person responsible for the missing and subsequent demise of another beautiful queen and angel is probably reading this.

Turn yourself in, confess and leave the rest to God. May your conscience be your guide.

Young lady, please go home. If anyone see this girl, please contact the police. If I see her, I am going to call the police. This 14 year old girl should not be out here in the streets. Anything can happen to her. The person who took the young lady life a couple of months ago is still roaming the streets. As a mother of a 13 and 15 year old girls please go home. I would have diarrhea and panic attacks nonstop if one of my girls were missing, please go home.

Ferry companies should not allow children under the age of 18 to board without consent from parents. Although sadly, they can still make way by ferry. With that being said, police and customs should make routine partols on the water, other than during cases where there is an incident. This place is so slack!

I swear some of the people in the BVI are the most ignorant. No one said that she ran away but because that's what the streets are saying means it's true? People are assuming she was treated badly in the house hold. Does anyone of you that's saying that live in the house much less ever been in the house? BVI people stop being so arrogant please all you simply had to do was help the police with any information you knew and pray for her safe return. On that note I am glad that she was found safely.

This is truly bitter sweet news - now we need to know who are the housekeepers of these young girls when they are reported missing - it doesn't matter if it's a family member, friend or acquaintance
    - these individuals need to give a full account on the whereabouts and welfare of these missing persons - this is case #2 in the recent months. While we are elated and relieved that they have been returned home safely, please let's bring public awareness and/or address and investigate those that are breaking the laws, whether directly or indirectly.
We should not condone this type of behavior as it will only encourage others to continue do same while our precious gems are at the mercies of the unknown. The same way we bring charges against those that have indecent relations with under aged girls, the same should be for those that house these girls. In my view, this case is not resolved and its masking a terrible wound, that will fester profoundly.
