UPDATE: Tropical Storm Gonzalo forms

The storm is located 9.9 North, 43.1 West approximately 1250 miles from the Southern Windward Islands with winds of 45 mph.
Movement is still WNW at 12 mph. Minimum Central Pressure is 1003MB.
Gonzalo is one of two tropical disturbances the National Hurricane Center is currently monitoring, and the seventh named storm of an already busy 2020 hurricane season.
It is expected to continue to move at 10 to 15 mph, traveling into the tropical Atlantic. By the weekend, conditions for its development are less favorable.

Tropical depression forms in Atlantic
- has potential to become Tropical Storm tonight or tomorrow- DDM
The National Hurricane Centre (NHC) at 5:00pm, today, July 21, 2020, upgraded Invest 99L/Disturbance 2 to Tropical Depression Seven.
The depression is located 9.8 North, 40.4 West approximately 1300 miles east of Trinidad and Tobago.
Maximum sustained winds are 35 mph with higher gusts.
Movement is to the West North West and the system is expected to turn to the West this evening and continue on this path until Friday, July 24, 2020, the NHC stated.
Depression Seven has the potential to become a Tropical Storm tonight or tomorrow.
According to the Department of Disaster Management (DDM), residents should continue to monitor the system as it progresses, adding that it will continue to provide updates accordingly.
