UPDATE: Maria C. Thomas is woman found dead in Fat Hogs Bay
The deceased has been identified as 64-year-old Maria Catalina Thomas.
“On April 6th, the RVIPF received a report of an unresponsive female in Fat Hog’s Bay. The deceased was identified as Ms. Maria Thomas, a 64-year-old BVIslander. She was pronounced dead at the scene,” a press release from the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) stated.
It said investigations are ongoing.
According to reports, Thomas was employed with the Government of the Virgin Islands as a Janitor.

Sudden death reported @ Fat Hogs Bay
nformation reaching Virgin Islands News Online (VINO) is that there has reportedly been a "sudden death" in Fat Hogs Bay, on the main island of Tortola, today, Monday, April 6, 2020.
Reports are that the person is a Hispanic woman.
Police are on the scene.
