To vg; but the ndp was in office for 4 long years 2003-2007 why the hell they did not build a hospital then? Set of fools always blaming the vip for there inaction and lack of vision

do you realistically think a hospital will be built on VG before the one in Tortola is finished?. 4 years compared to 40 though? Think about it. Who cleared the land every 4 years before election? VIP VG needs a trauma center to stablize persons until they can be transferred to the main hospital. Lets now quit the VIP/NDP talk and work together to get health care in the BVI where it needs to be

Honestly, what is another building with no competent doctors to work in it. VG doesn't need a hospital - like someone said, it needs a trauma center - with rooms if necessary and means to transport people to Tortola in need such as a helipad. Since it is within the BVI the fees should be minimal. You guys need to think before you ask. They don't have enough doctors for Tortola, VG don't have enough cases to have a hospital fully staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week. Trauma center/helipad YES, hospital NO

Thank God they finally took her to the hospital. That would have been something if she suffered the same fate Jesus did!

I wish BVIslanders would remember their Christian values and the quiet dignity for which they were once well known. Let's all send good thoughts and prayers for this young woman instead of using every occasion to indulge our ugly side and start mud-slinging in the name of politics. There is nothing to be gained from jumping in the mud and wallowing like swine. I am sure the Honourable Dr. Smith and the Honourable R.T. O'Neal would agree. People let's don't forget ourselves! We are first and foremost proud BVIslanders! Let's remember the teachings and ways of our elders! God's grace to the young woman and her loved ones. Our prayers are with her despite the usual ignorant display on these boards.
