The court heard that prior to the alleged stabbing both men were engaged in a "heated argument".
The Crown's case was presented by Principal Crown Counsel Tiffany Scatliffe while Jack was represented by Stephen Daniels.
Scatliffe said that during the altercation Henley was stabbed in the region of the chest.
Jack was remanded to prison.

Stay strong Mrs. Henley. My condolences to you and your entire family.
Knowing both brother I this is sad...teshawn was always fiesty, mouthy and quick to hit. I went school with both and Michael was more quiet n kept to himself. But either way this is just sad.
You could save a life of a loved one; or even your own life.
Think wisely ... when you are mad young people
A simple case like this, and the police cannot submit a file with the crucial evidence to prove the charges against Mr. Jack, if he did in fact commit the crime.
he was wrong for allegedly stabbing his brother anyway and leaving the sence of the crime
