UPDATE: DR domestic denies using knife in alleged assault on woman
Valdez, who told the court previously that she works as a domestic, pleaded not guilty to charges of common assault and being armed with an offensive weapon when she appeared before Magistrate Dr Velon John on December 13, 2013.
According to the allegations, Valdez assaulted the Virtual Complainant with a knife on Saturday, August 10, 2013 around 6:45 P.M. in front of Riteway Supermarket at Pasea Estate.
It was further alleged that a security officer pulled the defendant away from the complainant as she was on top of her. According to the court records, the incident stemmed from Valdez's boyfriend giving the VC, who is also the mother of his children, a ride to the supermarket.
It was stated that after learning of the ride, Valdez went to the area and saw the vehicle arriving with the woman inside. She then carried out her alleged attack.
Valdez was later arrested and taken to the Road Town Police Station where she allegedly admitted during an interview that she had a fight with the VC but denied pointing a knife at her.
Valdez remains on $35,000 bail and is expected to return to court on February 26, 2014 for trial in the matter.

He has children with the complainant, he will be in her life forever so any woman after will have to accept that. He might even get back with her at some point in their lives, so what's all this fighting and going to jail about?
