UPDATE - Company involving Dr. Hubert O'Neal wins case against family member
Dr. Hubert O'Neal, one of several shareholders, is a former 9th District National Democratic Party candidate who contested the 2011 General Elections.
The Judge Wesley James today awarded the claimant $6000 as rent, $40,000 as mean profit and also monies for the counter claims which is to be assessed on a perceived basis.
Dr. Cassander Titley-O’Neal is the lone heir to the estate left behind by Amos O’Neal, her father and the brother of Dr. Hubert O'Neal.
A family member close to the case told this news site that the daughter had allegedly tried to settle the matter out of court but to no avail.
Dr. Hubert O'Neal contested the last General Elections in the Virgin Islands as a candidate for the 9th District but was beaten by Hon. Ralph T. O'Neal, a result that he has publicly questioned.
