UPDATE: ‘Butt lift’ interdicted police officer slapped with 3 charges
The RVIPF has also said the interdicted constable, Karina K. Brea, has been charged with inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm, Possession of Proceeds of Criminal Conduct and Person not Registered as a Medical Practitioner.
The woman, who was out on bail after she was charged in September 2021, for Breach of Trust, was charged yesterday, December 14, 2022.
Illegal medical procedure
According to the RVIPF in a press release today, December 15, 2022, charges laid against Police Constable Brea stemmed from a report made of a medical procedure that was performed and a search made at her residence.
It said investigations into allegations made resulted in subsequent charges.
Meanwhile, Commissioner of Police Mark Collins stated that the RVIPF will investigate all allegations made to them and reinstated his position that Police Officers need to comply by the Code of Conduct and if found to have committed a criminal offence they will be prosecuted.

Interdicted policewoman arrested after 'butt lift' procedure on client goes wrong
A female police officer, who was interdicted from duty last year for obstruction, has found herself in hot water again after she allegedly performed a body enhancement procedure on a female client that nearly turned tragic.
According to reports, the woman was arrested yesterday, December 13, 2022. It is unclear if she has yet been charged.
Our newsroom was informed by sources close to the situation that the interdicted officer, who was out on bail, reportedly did an "injection-type procedure" on another female that went wrong.
According to reports, the procedure is also known as a 'butt lift'.
It is being reported that one of her clients nearly died after her 'bottom' became severely infected.

I can understand the disgust and scorn , anger towards this demographic in the BVI.
