However im just saying this, because if she she's alive check down that area. And even if she got knocked out and drowned "God forbid" the body will not float up until later today or tomorrow and the current will still put it towards st john or st thomas.
Parents future wise, use the ferry service. Yes you may get a discounted price or a free ride going and coming a speed boat like such. However, the safe of your child should exceed your own.
My condolence to the family of the child that lost their life. I prayer for all those in the hospital, the accident a lone is just the being of the trauma awaits. So i pray each and everyone of you have a strong shoulder to lean on at this time.
AND MORE SO I TRULY HOPE THE FOUND HER ALIVE AND WELL.
Lastly I leave with this. I can swim but i am not a strong swimmer. I do not know why but most women can naturally float. If you are not a strong swimmer and your boat flipped and you are awake and not knocked out.
Try your very best not to panic and waste your energy, immediately begin to float.
one time i been out sailing and one of my friends and fallen overboard and it took couple minutes to even notice that the person was missing.
when we return to them they was floating and calmly waiting to be picked up by someone. YES the situation may not call for your to think on floating. But trust you me reading this you will remember such.
That is the reason he she nor it has not been named, claimed, arrested for manslaughter and under lock and key at Maria's by the See Saw
or some other unsecured location .
My Spirit Guide baby momma say tain tru.. De boat whisperer done gone upde uknow where dem does go when assisted allowed and permitted to get away. He long gone.
Plus the young lady could have been found quicker cause to the information i got their found her in the boat cabin. their say their could find or see the boat why when the boat top was still in view could have place sea items around in a circle to find it area she was inside the boat all this time and as their left the boat out the water their found her.
my heart goes out to her family but this government need to get them act together we need equipment for when something like this happen.
it would have take time for the water to get into the Cubin maybe just maybe if person around had just check their before the boat went under maybe just maybe we would have found her sooner.
she had a wonderful soul and will be truly miss. love only my friend ill miss you. :(
Example 1
Poker run majority of the boaters on that day hardly wear life jacket but you see them on top speed going
Example 2
Bikers right down have no respect for the road they overtake any and everywhere
Example 3

Heartfelt condolences to all the loved ones.
The Bible says we literally die after death. We don’t go to heaven or hell, or maintain any conscious state. Dead people “sleep” in unconsciousness—they don’t think or feel anything.
time.
There is no scripture that says we will go to heaven when we die.
In fact, Jesus Christ—the highest authority we could consult on the topic—said in John 3:13: “No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven.”
The apostle Peter reinforced Jesus Christ’s teaching in his famous Pentecost sermon, which he delivered seven weeks after Jesus’ resurrection from the dead: “Men and brethren, let me speak freely to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. … For David did not ascend into the heavens” (Acts 2:29, 34).
People who have died do not go to heaven. They are “sleeping” or resting in their graves. But, as we have already mentioned, that “sleep” isn’t permanent. The Bible contains the good news that God will wake them up—in a resurrection from death! For true Christians, that will occur at the return of Jesus Christ.
The apostle Paul makes this clear in 1 Thessalonians 4:15-16: “For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep [are dead]. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.”
When Jesus Christ returns, as the apostle Paul stated it, “the dead in Christ will rise first” (verse 16). For one to “rise,” one would have to come up from somewhere. If one had died and gone to heaven already, then the individual wouldn’t be rising from the grave when Christ returns. He or she would be descending from heaven. Paul is clear that the dead wake up from their sleep and rise.
“Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice and come forth—those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation” (John 5:28-
May her soul rest in peace.
And why it even in the water until now.
that should be pull as evidence for this situation.
I am soooooo upset to hear this.
Someone dropped the ball on this one.
A diver has between roughly 4-9 minutes of dive time at that deep including the descent and ascent. That location also has an extremely fast current which at it peak divers can not operate in, and once they have dived they have to spend many hours out of the water before they can dive that deep again.
Add into the fact that the accident happened at night and nobody knew exactly where and iit creates a large area to search.
So before you start criticizing people that have given up hours of their time to look for wreckage and the missing lady, why don’t you get out of your armchair and do some research, and instead of criticizing say thank you to all of the agencies, and volunteers that spent their time looking for her.
You know, when we are not in the situation there will be a lot of comments and conclusions. However, this is Tortola and is expected but we really need to wake up and be better than we are in this territory as a people.
You mean to tell me a boat got in an accident, another boat came and assist after seeing and called for help, got everybody out except 1 person. You searched the waters and around the area and you wouldn't even think to go and look in the vessel the cap sided even though it is sinking. Then the news talk about, "Following the accident on Sunday, a search party was launched which included members of Marine Police, Virgin Islands Search and Rescue (VISAR), and local mariners who immediately began looking for the missing female; however, their efforts were futile."
Nonsense, Marine Police and VISAR supposed to have dive operators with their crews, why they didn't they check the boat as the 2nd place to look and why they only went to search the day after closer to the afternoon and not even in the morning or in the night when the incident happened. Don't we as a territory have procedures for different types of accidents for land air and sea? I bet you if it had bails of drugs they would have found all. Our authorities needs to get their act together and look at the big picture more instead of trying to bring down the people of their territory!
SAD! Tears go out for the families!
It's sad that Ms. Black, and that young child, had to die so tragically. I wonder, will we as a people, learn from this, THIS TIME?
I have friends who do boating, and their little ones-months old, had on life preserve jackets, to include flotational devices for their little arms. Even their pet dogs, had on flotational devices!
I just can't understand WHY in the BVI, everybody and their brudda are allowed to operate vessels without safety procedural lessons, and proper captain licenses!!!
It should now be mandated, that no vessel-pleasure craft operations, and others, be allowed to operate territorially, without life preserve jackets..
My condolences, to ALL of the grieving families!
There are sooo many loose layers to this made to happen tragedy that even the Government should be in handcuffs.
I hope that coming out of this and in Krissy's name they champion for safer and stricter requirements for all boats in our waters. I remember not to long ago Customs cracked down on Moorings and others and one of the citations was lack of safety gear. Every body and their mother came out of the wood works talking about how Customs is heavy handed and they are using OLD Laws and the industry this and the industry that. Do you people see now how important these safety devices are. Krissy is not our first example, she is one of the many that have lost their lives in our seas, there must be regulations on all who want to sail to save the live of our beautiful young people.
She was doing things and going places and some safety gear may have meant a different outcome for us.
To the family, you will get through this and let's protect our children, people and Tourists from such a terrible situation, in her name!!!
Name is such a secret We the friends of the families really like to know ????????
Speeboat boat up de islun Boys..no generational wealth.. and their business usually sums up a questionable powder connection . BVI is protective of a segment of criminals.
