Two charged in abduction/murder of Devern Stanley

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Officers of the Major Crime Team at the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) today charged two men in the abduction and subsequent murder of Devern Stanley aka “Snoopy”.

This is according to a release from the RVIPF dated today Thursday, March 7, 2019, which states that the two men, Kareem Durrant, 30, an inmate at H.M. Prison and Dakheme Cheltenham, 24, of Belle Vue, were arrested this morning and charged this afternoon following a lengthy investigation by the crime team.

Both are expected to appear before the Magistrate’s Court tomorrow, Friday, March 8, 2019.
