Trinidadian acquitted of 22 gun related charges
Mr Fortune was arrested by police in Road Town on March 1, 2022, and was charged at the Magistrate’s Court on March 3, 2022. The indictable complaints were that Mr Fortune between February 19, 2022, and March 1, 2022, at Havers Estate had in his possession four multicaliber rifles and a FN Herstal Belgium Pistol.
No case submission
More than two years after his arrest, Mr Fortune appeared in open court on Thursday before High Court Judge Hon Justice Angelica Teelucksing.
A no case submission was presented to the court on Mr Fortune’s behalf by his lawyer Attorney Mr Israel Bruce of Bruce and Associate Law Chambers. Justice Teelusking acquitting the Trinidadian on the no case submission presented by Mr Bruce.

What the hell.is going on here. No explination given as to why or how this no submission was presented or indeed acepted.
What are the facts.? No search warrent, no evidence? No brains ???
