Tourism re-opening a ‘new adventure’ susceptible to failure – Skelton-Cline
“People of the Virgin Islands, some things will go well… some things will not go so well, some things may even go poorly… that's the nature of when you are on a new adventure and you are facing something for the first time,” Skelton-Cline said on the December 1, 2020, edition of his radio show.
He said Virgin Islanders should expect that the re-opening would have some issues, however, personnel are trained, and the territory is fortified to be able to handle any challenges.
Skelton-Cline went on to say, “Some things are not going to go so well, there's going to be room for tweaking, so don't get on Facebook and don't get on all these other places and show the lower extremity of your posterity.
Report instances of COVID-19 policy breach - Skelton-Cline
“Let's hold it together, let's identify [and] report to the proper authorities something you see, something you hear, something you come to understand and let's take care of it.”
He said as such, politics should be put aside and with all Virgin Islanders coming together to create and maintain a safe haven in the territory so that VI’s citizens can engender life along with livelihoods.
“Don't flood the place with all the negativity and all this stuff... we [are going] to handle this and we will do it in a way that all of us have a win-win situation,” he said.
VI's tourism sector re-opened on December 1, 2020, after a period of closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The reopening comes with strict opening policies where tourists will have to face mandatory quarantine before they are allowed into the general public.

One a scale of 10, my score for Claude Skelton Cline is: 9. We are expected by God not only to be honest speaking people, but also to reconize honest speeched from other equals. Amen
“Quitisiziers”?
