1. Captain

• Minimum Master 500GT/OOW 3000GT or equivalent. Minimum. 15 years of professional yachting experience.

• Ship’s Security Officer / ISPS

2. Chef

• Formal culinary training with a minimum of 10 years as an executive chef owning or operating restaurants.

• Yachting/maritime qualifications including tender operations.

• Divemaster or instructor certification is a plus.

3. Chief Engineer

• Minimum Y3 qualification

• Proficiency and experience with European classic yachts constructed of steel and aluminium.

• Expertise with Kelvin diesel engines, Kohler generators, three-phase electrical systems, Idromar desalinators, Climma refrigeration, and Naiad stabiliser systems.

4. Chief Stewardess

• Minimum of 3 years experience on yachts of equivalent size in a similar role.

• Proficiency in crew and inventory management, silver service, mixology, table presentation, cleaning, laundry, and karaoke.

5. Mate/Deckhand

• Experience with deck duties on a vessel of this size: docking, cleaning, polishing, varnishing, and guest service.

• Minimum CoC of OOW Unlimited w/ Survival Craft and/or Fast Rescue Boat qualification.

• Watersports instruction qualifications are a bonus.

6. Stewardess/Deckhand

• 1 year/season experience in a similar role on similar vessels.
• Experience with deck duties on a vessel of this size: docking, cleaning, polishing, varnishing, and interior duties like cleaning laundry, and guest service.

• Short-range radio, Powerboat Level II qualifications minimum.

• Watersports instruction qualifications are a bonus.
