In the Magistrate’s court on July 18, 2012, both men were present to answer their charges, where the court was then informed that three witnesses have been contacted and will testify.
Senior Crown Counsel representative Janice Stoutt told the court that two of the witnesses are police officers and the other is a customs officer.
