“I stand here as an advocate for mental wellness, empowering, understanding and support,” the Territory’s representative to the international stage declared.

As such, “...from the sun kissed shores of the BVI to the hearts I meet…Let these words remind us that we are the architects of our destinies.”

‘A voice for the voiceless’

Venued in the city of Shenzhen, China, the Personality Profile Night is one of the key segments of the international pageant, which brings together more than 50 accomplished women from across the globe.

“I am a voice for the voiceless,” the reigning Mrs BVI reaffirmed, her words punctuated with grace and conviction, earning her an emotional applause and admiration from both the judging panel and fellow contestants.

Mrs Arthur is already turning heads within the pageant community, having been nominated for three major distinctions, namely Artist of the Year, Country Pride, and Woman of Action.
