Taxi man denies cussing Police
The Taxi Operator allegedly told a Police Officer on January 20, 2014: “You see you, you see you, all this money you got me spending, I got to get it back one way or another. You mother [expletive], I gonna do something about it.”
Fahie also allegedly committed several other infractions related to traffic regulations. According to the charges read against him, the Taxi Operator failed to bring his vehicle to a stop at the sound of a siren while driving TAXI 610 on August 20, 2013.
He was also charged with failure to comply with an order given by a Police Officer on the same date last year. Further, he was charged with obstructing a Police officer while in the execution of their duties in relation to the same incident.
The unrepresented Fahie pleaded not guilty to all of the charges and was ordered to attend the Magistrate’s Court at Prospect Reef on April 17, 2014 for the start of a trial.
