ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Roberto ‘Tico’ Harrigan and Tarik Aaron were remanded to prison when they appeared in the Magistrate's Court on August 10 and 11, 2017 respectively after they were found guilty of breaching conditions of their bail.

Harrigan was on conditional bail after being arrested earlier this year, for a matter where the United States Government issued an extradition request for him, along with Bob Deville Hodge for an alleged drug ring.

Harrigan was on $600,000 bail.

But according to well-placed sources in the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force, Harrigan ran afoul of the law when he was found to have been involved in an accident which occurred outside of his curfew. The court had ordered him to be indoors between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Aaron on the other hand was on bail with a similar curfew imposed after making a court appearance for alleged possession of an illegal drug

Police found he had breached his curfew.

Seems to me that a curfew is a curfew. These individuals made a poor choice, and now are facing the consequences. Has nothing to do where they're from.

As far as I can see they don't like their freedom very much so that's why they try everything in their power to go jail!! So let them go then!!
