ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Philip sisters, Elinah and Amarah, who have proudly represented the Virgin Islands at various swim meets, will be missing from the pool here for a while since they have moved to the United Kingdom (UK).

Virgin Islands News Online was also informed that Tracy Bradshaw, the mother of the National Champions, is also in the UK and will be ensuring that the girls continue to train in the pool.

Mr. Elsworth Phillip remains the National coach here in the VI.

The Phillip Sisters last represented the Virgin Islands at  the St.Thomas Stingrays invitational on Sunday June 3, 2012 and before then at the Carifta Swimming Championships in the Bahamas in April, 2012. It was the first time that the Virgin Islands was represented at that meet.
