Owner of Stitchie’s B.B.Q Pit Mr Edward E. Freeman has told this news site that after being out of operation since October 2013, he will be reopening with a much improved service to his former, new and prospective customers.
Declining to divulge much detail, he said that he was forced to close his business back in October of 2013 after experiencing some extensive challenges with some government departments but has recently succeeded in overcoming the challenges and will be back in operation come Friday, March 21, 2014.
The closure was forced on him after being operational in the said parking lot for over a year. His customers were abruptly cut off but today he apologizes. “I must apologise to all my customers for not being there for them since I was made to close in October last year but we are making up for last year when we re-open this Friday,” said Mr Freeman.
Come this Friday, with the reopening Mr Freeman said that his services would now be for the entire week with the exception of Sundays as opposed to the few days of opening prior his closure. “We are coming back with a hit; opening from Mondays to Saturdays and providing a lunch menu from Mondays to Fridays.”
In an environment that would be enhanced with a big screen TV and Wi-Fi services in a comfortable open-air seating accommodation, Stitchie’s B.B.Q. Pit in addition to the wide spread menu for lunch will have a nightly menu that would include chicken, baby-back and beef ribs and a range of sea foods.
“Every Saturday night we will be having the best fish soup on the island,” assured Mr Freeman. Stitchie’s B.B.Q Pit now joins all others now using the parking lot who are now made to pay a fee in the once open parking lot. This comes as no challenge for the committed businessman who insists that his main objective is to give of his best to his customers.
A special treat awaits customers at the re-opening on Friday.
