St Lucian Kennyson Daniel gets 3 mths jail time

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – St Lucian Kennyson Daniel will remain confined within the walls of Her Majesty’s Prison, Balsum Ghut for a period of three months for having illegally entered the Territory on May 30, 2014.

Daniel had admitted to his wrongdoing by pleading guilty to the offence when he had made his first court appearance before Magistrate Ayanna Baptiste-DaBreo on June 2, 2014 and on his return for sentencing on June 20, 2014 he was sentenced to three months imprisonment.

He was said to have illegally entered and captured by officers of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force in the home of one Kevin Moorehead during a raid at Fat Hogs Bay. Moorehead is awaiting commencement of his trial for guns, ammunition and smuggling of immigrant.

Daniel was said to have been on his way to his homeland from the United States Virgin Islands via the Virgin Islands.

    I don't understand why tax payers money has to be going down the drain, time after time, fine or deport them, wht this territory has money to burn, deport all foriengners once it's not murder or rape

    People can't even buy food to eat who working and paying tax here and this man three monthsfree food this is pure cat p..s now man.
