UPDATE: Pulling off Easter Races 'wasn’t easy financially'- Lesmore Smith
SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI- The VI Horse Owners Association's Easter Sunday Horse Races at Ellis Thomas Downs in Sea Cows Bay drew over a thousand spectators to the 6 race card that saw horses from Antigua participating for the first time. This was hailed a success, considering the sport suffered tremendously since the hurricanes of September 2017.
