ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Virgin Gorda leg of the 2011 H. Lavity Stoutt Community College - Highland Spring Race Series ended on Saturday November 4, 2011 with Emrol Amsterdam, for the second consecutive year, and Laurel Harrigan emerging as the top male and female athletes in the Open Category.
