VI wants horse racing MOU extended to other islands
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Virgin Islands Horse Owners' Association is looking to spread its wings of participation to other Caribbean Islands other than St. Thomas and St. Croix and would be hoping to have a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in place to facilitate the free movement of horses among the different Caribbean Islands.
