UPDATE: Record participation at HLSCC/Highland Spring Race on Tortola
PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI- Whether it is due to more persons becoming health conscious or the event becoming more popular, the first race of the 18th H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC)/Highland Spring Race Series kicked off on Tortola with a record number of participation on Saturday September 21, 2013.
